It’s simple it is to burn off all light fuels in around a very vulnerable paper training house with straw in between two foot wide dragon rings.
As shown you lay down a line of fire in a semi-circle pattern right along the down wind side of your first Dragon Ring. The just ignited flames cannot get long enough to cross the dragon ring and ignite the cardboard training house. The flames continue to burn into the straw heading into the wind always creating more black space around what you do not want to burn down. This way you always control the systematic consumption of fuels.
