On Order Processing
Orders are processed Mon-Fri 8-5pm Pacific Standard Time. All Next Day Air orders placed after 12 PM PST will go out the following day.
Orders made before 12:00PM PST with UPS Next Day delivery will arrive the following business day.
Orders are generally not processed after 2pm Pacific Time and in no case after 5pm PST, order received after those times will normally process the following business day.
On Shipping
UPS does not ship on weekends, and days for expedited shipping refers to business days.
Expedited shipping to Canada may be delayed at the Border. This is beyond the control of either DRAGONSLAYERS or UPS, and as such we do not guarantee arrival of expedited orders within any specified time period
